Court removes injunction on Planned Parenthood videos

Court removes injunction on Planned Parenthood videos August 24, 2015

The court removed an injunction that it had placed on the release of more Planned Parenthood sting videos, ruling that the Center for Medical Progress has a First Amendment right to show them.  The company that had been buying the fetal organs, StemExpress, asked the court to stop the release.  The company has since stopped doing business with Planned Parenthood, but apparently fears the revelations to come.  The latest video has the CEO joking about getting whole babies.

The Center for Medical Progress has several things going:  the sting videos of Planned Parenthood, sting videos of StemExpress, and confessions of a former employee of that company who had dealings with Planned Parenthood.  The pro-life organization is preparing a documentary putting together their findings.

From Court Removes Injunction on Planned Parenthood Video, New Video Immediately Released | MRCTV:

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joanne O’Donnell ruled on Friday afternoon the Center for Medical Progress has First Amendment rights to release videos it covertly took of StemExpress executives talking about buying aborted baby tissue from Planed Parenthood. Almost immediately afterwards, CMP released a new video that among other thing showed the StemExpress CEO joking about receiving dead babies from Planned Parenthood (over lunch).

This latest video is only two minutes long and is more of a trailer of things to come. Most of its content was made up of bits and pieces of previous videos. The one new section featured Cate Dyer, the CEO of StemExpress in a lunch meeting with undercover operatives posing as representatives of a biotech firm. Dyer is seen laughing about how StemExpress purchases fully intact aborted babies from Planned Parenthood. As she paid the check, Dyer appears to be laughing about how lab recipients of the aborted babies go into shock when they open a box to find an “intact case” (whole body):

“Oh, yeah, if you have intact cases, which we’ve done a lot, we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety.”

“Tell the lab it’s coming; they’ll open the box and go, ‘Oh, my God!”
