“Hellbound?” to screen at Colloquium on Violence and Religion

Today it was officially announced that Hellbound? will screen at the annual Colloquium on Violence and Religion (COV&R), to be held at the University of Northern Iowa July 10-14. The theme of this year’s conference is “Space, Place and Mimetic Theory,” with a special emphasis on mimetic theory and the environment.

Hellbound? will screen two times during the conference, with a panel discussion to follow the second screening, featuring director Kevin Miller, cast member Michael Hardin and Vanessa Avery of Hartford seminary.

About Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller is an award-winning screenwriter, director and producer who has applied his craft to numerous documentaries, feature films and shorts. Recent projects include "The Chicken Manure Incident," "Hellbound?," "Drop Gun," "No Saints for Sinners," "spOILed," "Sex+Money," "With God On Our Side," "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed," "After..." and the upcoming biopic "The Divine Comedy of Thomas Merton." In addition to his work in film, Kevin has written, co-written and edited over 45 books. He lives in Kimberley, BC, Canada with his wife and four children.
