I am of the opinion that most of life’s problems can be solved with a nap.

Both are helpful. I’ve found that on Sunday afternoon after an intense morning, it is a nap and then coffee, in that order. :)

I just had a ten minute nap, now I’m ready for coffee. It’s a synergy.
