Got in my 30 minute walk at lunchtime and feel better than I did this morning. Was actually kind of depressed, but reached out for some advice, ate a good lunch and took a walk on a sunny, but crisp day and my mood has leveled out.
Also to add to this infographic, don’t discount things done around the house like vacuuming, mopping, painting, mowing, etc. Those types of activities burn calories as well and sometimes help you to work muscles that you normally wouldn’t and just add to you staying active. A lot of calorie counting apps will count those activities.
