Kris and I walk 2-3 miles every day, and my guess is 360 days per year we walk. How about you?
Been walking 3-5 miles as many days a week as possible, 3X at least. I am a big believer in walking. I hope it really does have all the positive effects listed in the graphic.
I take a similar daily walk with my wife. We also use that walk time for a relaxed conversation which is just is beneficial to the soul as the walk is for the body.
What about running? Similar benefits?
