    Interesting that it recommends chiropractic manipulation, which as far as I know isn’t a generally accepted medical treatment for headaches.

    Good find! I was actually pretty impressed with how well they were covering this until I got to the spinal manipulation. Not recommended! Message and acupuncture and analgesics are. They did a really good job otherwise. I would add this probably unnecessary caveat: any sudden, severe headache deserves an immediate visit with a doctor.

    Sometimes diet and frequent exercise can help dramatically and the great thing about that is not having to take medications or undergo medical treatments!
