It’s Time For Us to be Brilliant Now

It’s time for us to be brilliant now

To break through battered clouds

It’s time for us to be brilliant now

To cast off tattered shrouds

It’s time for us to be brilliant now

God’s bored, he cannot wait

It’s time for us to be brilliant now

It’s Him; it’s us; it’s late.

I like it. It reminds me of Col. 3:9,10. What did you have in mind?

What happened to this blog? I don't recognize it! No one's mentioning it. Is it just my computer freaking out? Or are you going for a whole new look, John? It's totally your blog, but I miss the old one…

Ahh, poetry. AND a new look! Who are you and what have you done with John Shore?

Seriously, this is quite the call to the church to get to being the church John. At least, that's what this said to me.

The brilliance that you speak of can only be from love.

The kind that’s sacrificial, an outpouring from above.

The brilliance that we need touches each and every man.

For God so loved the world, His Son did all He can,

To teach us how to shine His light where darkness is prevailing.

Let's live in brilliant hope, for in His love there is no failing.

Love never fails. I Corinthians 13:8

(Love the new look and all the brilliance found here.)
