Tell me the name of your first love.
How old were you?
Her name was Laura Lee, I was 10 and blown away!
Awww… Sweet first loves.
I was 16, a junior in high school. Ingo and I got married when I was 20, almost 21. I am now 69 and still married to my sweetheart!
Marsha: Your love story has earned you a copy of JJ’s book. Send me a mailing address where I can send the book to. Congratulations on a lasting love. And thanks for sharing.

We are thrilled. Thank you for choosing us. Yes, we are very thankful for a lasting love. We were with friends, a young newly wed couple last night and we were talking about the fact that a long marriage comes with work and commitment and a lot of help from the Lord!
I’ll get it in the mail to you come Monday. And yes, lots of work and grace in all aspects of our lives. Blessings.
I’m sorry for not letting you know sooner as we got busy with family and holidays, but 2 books arrived! Not one, but 2! what fun! Thank you so much. I had to wait a bit to start them but I’m about half way through Someone Else’s Love Story and reviewers are right. I can’t put it down!
I was 15, and he lived across the street. His name was Tommy Crow.
Was his Daddy’s name Medicine?
I don’t remember what his dad’s name was, but I don;t hunk it was Medicine.
Steve Meadows was my first LOVE, as in he actually wrote “Love, Steve” on the back of the monogrammed necklace he gave me in 9th grade and later talked me into having sex with him, so he was my “FIRST LOVE,” but David Arnold was the first guy I loved, a year before in 8th grade at FIRST SIGHT!!!! but unrequited until thirty-something years later. Still in love with every one I have ever loved, but not having sex with them all. OK. I should get the book because I know someone who knows Josh Jackson (well two people actually, but I was too poor to buy her book then and now. What more can I say?
Anon: Did David know Steve?
the 4th grade in a coat closet at grade school, his name was Richard M, funny thing many years later I married another Richard…
Do you hang out in the closet together?
Roger D. First grade. He would leave his kickball game to come over and “unfreeze” me and then run back. If that’s not true love, I don’t know what is.
haha. It’s a moving gesture for sure.
