The Peace Process Renews While Turmoil Continues in the Northern Sinai Peninsula

For the past few months, newly-installed U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has conducted Henry Kissinger style shuttle diplomacy between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA).
