While You’re Celebrating the Fourth of July…

… I’ll be packaging up The White Strand of The Auralia Thread, a novel called The Ale Boy’s Feast.

So if I’m not blogging very often, well… now you know why.

My thanks to Pastor David Richmon, who decided I needed a “Just Do It” ad. And to Julio Ibanez, who volunteered to make one. And to Chris Kennedy, who took the photo.

As I finished Cyndere’s Midnight a few nights ago, I found the series spinning in all sorts of pleasing directions. Auralia’s Fear Chamber tied me in knots and left me dying for the picture to be completed. Then I spun right from the end of Cyndere into the ale boy’s shocking fate at the start of Raven’s Ladder. All this, even though I really should have been in bed…
Praying for you, brother. Make sure you get some sleep too.
