Gratitude is cell food. It’s ambrosia for your ample bodies — dense, light, mental, emotional — as it brings to life what soothes your soul.

The world outside your window might be covered in ice and you wonder why you ever moved to a snow state; your career transition might be taking longer than you thought it would; you might be single on Valentine’s day and feel the cultural clobbering getting to you; you might be dealing with dis-ease; you might be agonizing over the state of the world  — whatever your current situation, your perspective on it determines how fast you’ll transmute it.

Gratitude encourages you to scan your life for what nourishes you. It’s a superfood of sorts that both honors the present and stimulates forward movement. Gratitude’s the culture medium of divine inspiration.

I’m grateful to experience life in the Big Jolly Apple and, even more importantly, to have met so many beautiful souls here who’ve become luminous friends.

I’m grateful for my brilliant brain, whole heart, and vibrant spirit — and the opportunities to use them every day for the highest good of all.

I feel deep gratitude to be a bright human on earth at this point in time because I know that I, like you, have the power to create transformation. Transformation via a quantum leap into a new understanding of consciousness, kindness, innovation, and love. We’ve got the power, all of us. It’s up to every single one of us whether we use it to hurt ourselves and the world, or to uplift both. Gratitude, then, is the gateway to grace.
