A Good Day

I have not been near the computer till just now. This is good. My wife and I and our kidlets spent the day fixing the jungle gym, going swimming and playing with a friend’s golden retriever. We also went swimming, took a nap, and I found time to read Ephesians (THE book to read on the mystery of the Church, hint! hint!). It was highly restorative. Tomorrow, I’m going to Mass and I’m gonna worship God and thank him for his glorious mystery, the Church. It’s all still true, you know. As Newman famously said, “Ten thousand difficulties (or 176 in 28 states) do not amount to a single doubt.” Okay, I’m paraphrasing.
