Go Norma!

Emily of After Abortion writes:

Norma McCorvey [ed. note: "Roe" of "Roe v. Wade"] has standing to file what is known as a Rule 60 Motion. That’s when the prevailing plaintiff him or herself goes back to court and asks that the original decision in their favor be overturned.

To file a Rule 60, you have to assert that something has changed since the original court ruling in your favor–the facts or the law–and that’s what her attorney IS asserting, on three separate points.

Is that exquisite or what? What’s the Compassion Gestapo who used her gonna say? “We know what’s best for you so shut up!”?
