Chuck Colson, RIP

He was a good man and a lovely representative of the power of Christ to change hearts, working in the Evangelical milieu. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace.

I appreciate a good conversion story and Chuck Colson lived it for us to see.

I can’t think of anyone else who so completely turned around what mattered in life to him. He will be missed.

RIP Mr. Colson. And thanks for all the efforts and the wonderful conversion story.

Mr. Colson’s book was one of the key books for me when I became an Evangelical. I still enjoyed his articles in Christianity Today and thought how great it would have been if he had taken that last step to cross the Tibor. Oh well – he was still a blessing and God’s true servant.

As an aside – Mark – couldn’t you find a better obit to link to than the NEW YORK TIMES?!?!?
