Yes. I do have a juvenile sense of humor

So I do think it’s funny that a website devoted to dieting and fitness is run by somebody named “Chew”.

I suspect, however, that I am not the first super-duper genius to note that juvenile pun, so I will just shut up now and point you to the site.

By the way, still holding at 260 lbs, but I hope to continue the downward movement as the weather gets less crappy and more springy. Still, losing 75 lbs is better than chopped liver.

Delicious, tasty, chopped liiiiiver. Mmmmmm….

My university’s police department’s media liaison has the surname “Cop.” As in “Officer Cop.”

Great work Mark! And encouraging to hear. After a 2 week setback, I’m back on track with the ex-jolly movement. Prayers appreciated.

You are 30 below me, but my doctor says that some of my weight gain is due to my sleep apnea, so now that I’m on a CPAP machine, increasing my exercise when I am awake makes more sense.

Then again, I injured my foot the other day just trying to stand up (I had been sitting so long my feet went to sleep and were not moving correctly).

Losing 75 lb is very impressive. I know someone who did that and once in a while walked past the meat cooler in the grocery store to SEE what 75 lb looks like. Gratifying.

Or how about the fact that Food for the Poor is run by a man named Robin Mahfood. True story: http://www.foodforthepoor.org/about/leadership/president.html
