Groveling Kiwi Minion Anthony May writes…

Greetings oh Fearless Leader,

I’m in full tilt getting ready to emigrate to America from New Zealand and preparing to marry a lovely beautiful American Catholic girl, and one of the last details is two separate places for us to live while we prepare for marriage. I was wondering if perhaps you or one of your readers might know a situation or two within commuting distance to Boston MA that would like to offer a room for a few months to one of us. We’re both 29 year old faithful professional Traditional Catholics who go to the Extraordinary Form. I am a Software Support Specialist with a Clinical Software company, my fiancee is a photographer who specialises in kids and family portraits and also does administrative work.

We both would prefer living within an orthodox, safe, Catholic environment but our contacts in Boston are a little limited so I thought I would tap your vast network! I can be reached by email: anthony@themayfamily.org

Thanks so much for your help and God bless you!

Any help from knowledgeable Bostonians would be appreciated.

The best I can suggest is western Massachusetts, near Lunenburg. The Feeneyite St. Benedict Center (the one in Mass. that is loyal to the Vatican, not the one in NH that isn’t) has some monks and nuns out in Still River near New Hampshire, and there is a bit of a traditionalist community out that way. You might try contacting them for suggestions, either nearby or in Boston.
