    Eh. eBay was confused, not malicious. It thought the jar conatained an actual bodily fluid, which would violate a long standing policy. It would only be a story if eBay still refused after clarification. (Or I guess, if eBay allowed the Piss Christ jar to be auctioned on their website) As of now, nothing to see here.

    The former is a photograph. The latter is an actual jar of some yellow liquid, presumably urine. Had they simply photographed the latter and sold prints there would be no objection.
