Yay! Happy News!

Speak of the devil, and there’s the flutter of angels’ wings.  I mention “Almost Live” in this space a couple of days ago.  Now, come to find out the gang that made it is is creating a new Seattle-based sketch comedy show called “The (206)” (that’s our area code, in case you want to know).

    Awesome! It’d be great to see John Keister back. He had a great line on the show during a monologue in which he reflected upon his living through the 70s & 80s Seattle music scene “… and then mohawks came along. I tried to grow one but I couldn’t because I didn’t have hair anymore!”

    You must mean one of about seven million area codes. My parents live in Seattle area, and I don’t know why, but one time I looked up a map of area codes and was…overwhelmed. I live in a decent sized city and we only have two!
