It used to be called “Child Murder”

…but that didn’t play well in Peoria.  So they changed it to “abortion” to give it that patina of gleaming Scientific and Medical Respectability.

But pretty soon, “abortion” just meant “child murder”.  So they changed “abortion” to “choice” because that made it seem all humane and civil rightsy.  But after a while “choice” just meant “child murder” as the ocean of blood continued soaking through the cheap wrapping paper of euphemism.

So now, you guessed it, they aren’t calling it “choice” anymore.

The persistent use of euphemism is an absolute sure and certain sign of the presence of evil.  It is the language of Satan.

“Reproductive rights” – I’ll put 5 bucks on the commission of infanticide being declared the great civil rights issue of our time.

I came up with that one.

Well then, sir, I tip my hat to your rhetorical prowess.
It’s telling phrases like that one which keep me coming back here for more.

Refer to the “Abortion Mandate” as “Leathal Weapons of Mass Destruction.”
