ST. LOUIS – Most Reverend Robert J. Carlson, Archbishop of St. Louis, will preside over a special Mass at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church on April 12 at 9:30 a.m. The Mass will be the first in a series of Masses offered at beautiful, historic Catholic churches around the City of St. Louis. The goal is to bring people together from across the region to worship in beautiful churches that they might otherwise never see.

Affectionately called a “Mass Mob” – a spin-off of the “flash mob” sensation – these events are part of a nationwide movement aimed at generating support for urban churches. By encouraging non-parishioners to attend a specific Mass at a particular church, these “mobs” help boost awareness, financial support, and in some cases connect family members with a church their parents or grandparents used to attend.

Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church has been serving the religious, educational and community needs of the Hyde Park neighborhood since 1848. Through collaborative efforts, we continue to realize the possibilities of Faith, Education and Community.
