Prayer Request

A reader writes:

Found out today a friend of mine’s daughter was also in a car accident on Sunday in Rochester NH. She was with her cousin and her cousin’s 8 year old daughter. The 8 year old did not make it. They too were hit by a drunk driver. My friends daughter is ok, not sure how the cousin is doing. The drunk driver crossed the median strip, hit them, and then took off. Luckily a witness got his plate number and the cops found him at his house drunk on his front lawn. I hope he goes to prison. As should all who drink and drive and kill someone. Once is a mistake. After that it’s a choice. A wrong choice. Please pray for the family that lost this little girl.

Father, hear our prayer for this little girl’s soul, for complete healing for those who have been injured and are suffering bereavement, and for the driver who caused this tragedy. Mother Mary, pray for them. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
