The Star Trek community is going to split into two rival factions like Sunni and Shia, following the increasingly alien (get it?) visions of the Star Trek universe captained (get it?) by Roddenberry and Abrams.

It’ll get out of control. It’ll get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it. My hope is that Ronald Moore can somehow bring peace, healing and reconciliation.
