Tip Off: The UK are about to introduce the Forced Marriages 200 later this year. Obviously this has strong implications for the large Muslim community here. I am in the process of blogging about it right now but thought you’d like to be kept in the loop (oh and guess what – the number of Muslim Pakistani men who are forced into marriages is much higher than their female counterparts. Shocking!)

I really like Raheel Raza. She was the first woman in Canada to lead a mixed prayer. She did at someone’s house and apparently, while she did it they had to have security outside because of the threats they congregation had received upon news of it happening.
