These women aren't respected comrades in arms like fellow men are to the male fighters. They don't play a major role in armed combat (the normal kind where they don't blow themselves up). To me, female suicide bombers = just another way to exploit women. Some organizations use the women because they know it'll make a bigger impact if a woman does than if a man does it, which is true for now. The women come to their decision to do such a thing on their own, but men still use this to exploit them. They further a cause for people who don't give a damn about the women, or their rights.
