When the times comes that rape is a 100% crime that the law takes responsibility for both punishing the criminal and help the victim, I think we can start looking at moving forward regarding marriage within rape. I do agree with you, it happens and when you include all kinds of abuse, it is not uncommon. The other thing that makes Dr. Khater's debate unfair too, is that some of the rapists are married men!! I don't understand how someone so educated could say something so stupid. What could a woman possibly do that would make being raped her own fault? Lots of women get raped by their husbands.
