wizard_of_oz_important_cinema_doors

by Mattie Chapman Yesterday the Feminisms Fest was all about why we’re feminists. Today’s question is: why does it matter? I read Emily Joy Allison’s post this morning about how feminism matters to her because of her younger sisters, and chuckled, because she basically … [Read more...]

Quoting

by R.J. Rushdooney at Ladies Against Feminism The tragedy of the women’s rights movement was that, although it had serious wrongs to correct, it added to the problem, and here the resistance of man was in as large a measure responsible. Instead of restoring … [Read more...]

RedLegBen on his wife's blog Sarah's Daughter - January 17, 2013 Men value loyalty. If a wife is loyal, a man will put up with a lot of crap. I have seen men put up with women putting on weight that equals the newer economy cars but remain with their wife because they are loyal.  If feminism were reversed, women would be demanded to provide sex to their ex … [Read more...]

Mama’s Choice … Whose Choice?

screen-capture-18

by Vyckie Garrison "A Woman's Choice" is a central issue in contemporary American culture, religion, and politics. Our society values Choice as an imperative freedom. Although "liberated" women would never personally choose to forego birth control in favor of welcoming each and every pregnancy as an unmitigated blessing from God, and even though privately feminists may be repulsed at the TLC spectacle of mega-moms bearing a new baby every-other year, they will nonetheless defend the unrestricted right of Michelle Duggar and Kelly Bates to have as many children as these fecund women choose to produce. Even submissive Christian Quiverfull women, who reject the feminist ideals of … [Read more...]

The Destiny of a Virtuous Daughter ~ Part 3: Pop Guns & Purity Rings

I would try to devise my own homeschool curriculum based on the ones I had used, and what I liked and didn't like about them. On top of all that, I was writing my own Proverbs 31 devotional. And yet, somewhere in all of this, I was still punching things into a "computer" on a tree, and yelling for everyone to get out and climb the Jeffries Tubes because of a warp core breach. Rather than make a hoop … [Read more...]
