Raised atheist by ex-Mormons, Phil Fox Rose has been Quaker, Buddhist and Catholic, and spends as much time as possible in nature. He is coordinator of Contemplative Outreach in New York; chair of the leadership team at St. Lydia's, a dinner church in Brooklyn; and content manager for Busted Halo. Phil has worked in publishing, technology, politics, sheepherding and deejaying. In On the Way, he offers tools and ideas for help on the spiritual journey, and thoughts on contemplative practice, recovery, music, food and just about anything that crosses his path.
