Interfaith Podcast and Links

Interfaith Podcast and Links March 27, 2017

It occurs to me that the way I title these posts is always about the podcast and never about the links. Like, today the links are not ‘interfaith.’ It’s the Podcast that is about interfaith whatsit. The links are all kinds of fascination. Also, this week, I’m pretty sure that I’m not all the way awake so this podcast is all kinds of weird. Like me snickering about how the world cannot have peace without Jesus. Hey, you’ve gotta take the comedy as it comes. Enjoy!

And now on to Links, as I have just been saying. First of all, there’s that report about interfaith prayer in the Vatican.

And that link about the burden of happiness.

An oldie but goodie by Karen Swallow Prior. Really love this.

Kon Marie your homeschool! Snerk.

And beautiful pictures of girls going to schoool.

Internet relationships are awesome.

So so funny because it’s tragically true.

And something to bake in light of it almost being Easter.

And Matt’s sermon which ties together Abraham, Melchizedek and Jesus. The theme running through my spiritual life lately is that I’m not as existentially burdened by sin as I should be in order to subjectively feel the glory of such a great salvation. These last few sermons have illuminated, for me anyway, that lack.

And that’s all there is today. Pip pip.
