Carnivals are Coming

Dan McClellan’s Biblical Studies Carnival will be here soon.

Do also keep in mind that the next Biblical Studies Carnival after that will be hosted right here at Exploring Our Matrix.

And so, as you write your posts on topics related to Biblical studies during the month of August, feel free to send me a link right away.

Since it is a Biblical studies carnival and not a biblioblog carnival, what matters is not whether the blog in question usually addressed matters of academic Biblical studies, but whether the post does.

It would be fun if, for a change, we set a theme for the next carnival at the beginning of the month, and all tried to make sure we wrote at least one post in August on that topic. Any suggestions?

How about a section on writers and writing, both literary and academic, since many of us write ourselves, at least in an amateur capacity.

I’d like to see a section given to philosophical posts, including some of the Catholic bloggers.
