    Not sure where to put this comment, so I just thought I’d use the latest post. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but your older posts no longer have the comments viewable. I found a post from 2014 about Malchus’s ear for which I thought the discussion would be interesting, but the comments have disappeared.

    Not only the Sith lied, but the Jedi also lied “by omission” when they failed to report their failures to the Senate:

    Windu: I think it is time we informed the Senate that our ability to use the Force has diminished.
    Yoda: Only the Dark Lords of the Sith know of our weakness. If informed, the Senate is, multiply, our adversaries will. (Star Wars, episode 2, Attack Of The Clones)

      And of course, had the Jedi reported to the senate about the Sith, disaster may have been averted.

      Unfortunately, they did not report the problems, and Palpatine gained complete control.
