Operation Christmas Child and their ‘Jew boy scum’ enemies

Mikey Weinstein, the President and founder of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation gets email. Some of it is not safe for work.

This insane rant is brought to you in defense of the same program that is currently infecting McDowell County School District - Operation Christmas Child.

Typical stinking jew boy Mikey to try to stop the love of Jesus to bring toys to needy children who will burn forever in the Lake of fire (like jewboy mikey will for sure) unless they are saved by the grace of Jesus and Franklin Graham’s Xmas gift shoeboxes. whats the matter jewboy mikey? you don’t like little kids getting Xmas presents from the Air academy cadets because their are lessons about why they must be saved from certain hell by only Jesus tucked inside the shoe boxes for their education? Too bad jewboy scum. fuck you jewboy scum. you will burn in hell jewboy scum with all your other jew scum burning with you for what you did to our Lord and savior and what you still try to do to this very day jewboy mikey. if you had only been born a few years earlier. Hitler would have taken care of you but good so you could no longer attack Jesus and the little children the Air Academy cadets are only trying to help Jesus save from the hell you will burn in forever. Oh I do love the smell of jewboy mikey burning in the morning. fuck you jew mikey. Fuck you jew family and your jew slut wife and jew mongrel ofspring and fuck your jew MFRR. I pray to Jesus that your heart will explode and bleed out gushing through your pointy jew nose. Jesus and the Air Academy will have the last laugh while you choke to death on your own blood you evil jew scum fucker.

Mikey and I had no idea that we were both dealing with similar creeps. Creeps that want to insert evangelical messages into government.  The well-funded Billy Graham Evangelical Association is an umbrella organization for many of these efforts, including this one.

When you start to peel back the layers of theology, and you look at the barenaked reasoning behind subverting the entire legal system for religious purposes… you see it. Pure self-righteous zealotry hellbent on curing their own xenophobia by forcing their culture on others.

There is a respectful way to ‘do religion’. This Operation Christianize the Children crap is not it.

You can help stop what is happening at a McDowell County elementary school. Please write to the district superintendent and the local newspaper, links are at the bottom of this post.

If you are looking for a more secular alternative to donate goods, please use:

Toys For Tots

Be The Change – from MRFF! They haven’t put out the details for this year’s drive yet, but they are working on it now. Last year they stuffed vans full of toys for the children of BP oil spill coastal communities.

These were holiday presents from the Jew Boy scum, by the way:

Fellow FtB’er and MRFF head of research, Chris Rodda was there!

Or whatever this comment was talking about

Feel that Christian love. If there is any question that religious indoctrination is child abuse, this email can just be called up. The message I see is that if children don’t get “saved” by an invisible, impossible to please being, that same being will set them on fire forever. Fucking lovely to tell a child that.

  • Michelle

Well those weren’t very christian words. I stopped believing in religion when my pastor said that only christian people have a shot at heaven and the people who believe in other deities will be banished to hell. That never made any sense to me from a god that was supposed to be loving and caring for his children … you know since he is supposedly “our father”. He ceased to exist for me when I had to watch my 6-day-old daughter suffer a brain hemorrhage and pass away in my arms 13 hours later. That’s just life. At that moment everything made sense and I feel sorry for the people who are wasting the only life they get preaching about an after life and burning in hell if you don’t believe. Come back down to reality folks. They can have their faith, just stop pushing it down my throat and be respectful of other people’s beliefs.

    • Kim

      Michelle,

I’m sorry for your loss. I understand what you mean when you say life makes a whole lot more sense when you put all the ridiculousness behind you and realize this is the only one you’ll ever have!

  • FormerlyNavy

So…wait, what did the Jews do to Jesus? I thought it was the (CHRISTIAN) Romans…but hey, what do I know…and as for this “person” spewing such hatred, well, a taste of his own suggestions to Mikey may be in order. You know, the whole burning thing, there. Hmm. Too cruel? Sorry. I have a serious dislike of close-minded idiots like this.

    • Steve

The Romans weren’t Christians at that time. Christianity became the Roman state religion in the fourth century after emperor Constantine gave it tremendous privileges. Before that Christianity was a persecuted, illegal cult

      • palefury

I get the impression that the antisemitism propagated by the Catholic Church for centuries was to distract from the fact that it was the ROMAN prefect Pontis Pilate (a verified historical figure) who ordered the execution of Jesus (allegedly), though the story goes that he only reluctantly did so to please the Jewish people. Yeah right, like the Romans couldn’t go ahead and do whatever they liked – and besides, Pontis Pilate was notoriously intolerant of Jewish customs according to contemporary Jewish sources.

      • FormerlyNavy

Ah, well, as I said, what do I know? I tend not to dive too deeply into religion or its history. Either way…the dude that wrote the letter is scum.

        • Steve

Well, think about it. Christianity is based on Jesus’s death and “sacrifice”. How could there be Christianity as a movement before that

Early Christianity is actually very interesting. There were very diverse sects who believed radically different things. Many combined elements of Christianity with existing beliefs. There were pretty extreme disagreements about basic things such as the divinity of Jesus and the nature of god. Christianity could look a lot different today and be somewhat more sensible if things had turned out different then.

To read a letter such as that, one quickly realizes that the author like most Christians is poorly educated, and as well, more than likely comes from a rather racially intolerant background. And like all Christians, the author just cannot realize that if there really was a Jesus, he certainly was not a Christian, but a Jew, and that all of his godly messages were for Jews and Jews only.

But as we know, there are no gods, and all religions are crap. And ranting tirades, such as that letter, are the byproduct of engorging oneself on that feces. Because those who are blind to the truth, are absolute visionaries in delusion.

With that in mind, I can only imagine the hateful tirade that this author would generate, if the director of the MRFF had an Islamic name. I don’t think that this so called good Christian could hold himself steady long enough to be able to type with the intolerance coursing through him. The idea that a, pardon the term, “Raghead Atheist” leading an organization that is perceived to be leading the attack against all things good and Christian in this world.

If such were the case, I think that every blood vessel in his body would burst simultaneously, due to the outrage that would explode within him. And the same would go for so many good little Christians out there, whose fear of the unknown, is the true root of all evil in this world. Because the theist’s fear breeds his intolerance, and his ignorance is a loaded gun just waiting to go off.

      good find :)

It’s amazing how they consider us arrogant when they don’t even realize the harm they can do by sending their Christian messages to third world countries. Of course in their case it is hard to tell if it is arrogance, just plain ignorance, or both. These are the same people that just can’t figure out why exactly most third world countries hate America. It’s easier for the people of those nations to accept gifts with nothing attached, but that’s not how Christians work.

  • Nikki

Wow, I can even bring myself to comment on that rant. But I will comment on Toys For Tots, as I have donated to that organization before. It is hosted by the US Marine Corps and the only message they have is that needy kids deserve toys. Done. We have made a big event of it, there was motorcycle parade in Chicago to the drop off point and let me tell it was cold. But I would not miss it for the world to have a 4ft. tall Teddy bear riding on the back of my bike. I can honestly say I give not to please some god but for that warm fuzzy feeling of knowing a child will have a toy taller then them. On a side side not the CFC has plenty of secular charities that you can donate to.

  • Gordon

Why do they feel the need to inject religion into Christmas?

  • Aliasalpha

You know, as strange as it sounds I really have to give credit to the person who wrote that letter. He is REALLY good at staying on message and delivering his points, he’s fond of this chap called jesus and he’s not too keen on the jews.

Granted it also shows that he’s an evil bigoted fuckwit who needs a good kick or eleven in the face but it was very effective communication

  • Art

I always laugh when I consider that, to the extent the Bible has any reality and relevance at all, Jesus was a devout Jew. He observed all the rites, said all the right words, made all the right offerings to be an observant Jew. Jesus was a Jew.

Given the history it is also clear that the term Christ and Christian were coined a long time after Jesus was gone. Jesus, to the extent he was a historic figure, was clearly unaware of those terms and wouldn’t have known their meaning. Jesus was a Jew, not a Christian.

Which makes it a bit odd thinking about all the God fearing Christians, many of whom are antisemitic, who bow and pray to this Jew, hold him as holy, and as their personal savior.

The very root of your writing whilst sounding agreeable at first, did not really work properly with me after some time. Somewhere throughout the paragraphs you actually were able to make me a believer unfortunately just for a while. I however have got a problem with your leaps in logic and one might do nicely to fill in all those gaps. In the event you can accomplish that, I will surely end up being fascinated.

Everything said was very logical. However, consider this, suppose you were to create a killer post title? I ain’t suggesting your information isn’t solid, however what if you added a headline that makes people desire more? I mean Operation Christmas Child and their ‘Jew boy scum’ enemies is a little plain. You ought to look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create news headlines to grab people interested. You might add a video or a related pic or two to get readers excited about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.

Actually, folks like Bart Ehrman will tell you that there is evidence (real, actual evidence) that there may have been religious sects in existance prior to the supposed “birth” of Jesus – sects that had a similar story of ministry, sacrifice and being raised from the dead as christianity, all borrowed from other, extant “mystery” religions with similar story elements.

There is a growing element among biblical scholars (not yet a consensus, alas) that Jesus was most probably NOT a historical figure.

Personally, I don’t think so, either. The bible, where the gospels are supposedly the story of his life, death and resurrection, is known, further, to be a collection of documents of unknown providence, so repeatedly altered in subsequent centuries that the knowledge of what may have been written originally is lost to history. All we have left is what the church wants us to think.

Moreover, even the letters from “Paul” are, mostly, forgeries. Who may have written them, for what purpose and what audience, is difficult to know at this late date, but the story and theology in those letters are radically different from the gospels. What changes may have been made as christianity was taken over by Constantine and in the subsequent decades are also lost to history.

Again, all we know today is what the church fabricated.

  • Art

I have profound doubts about the existence of Jesus as a historic figure. Joke is that Jesus, as a name, in the time and area depicted, was about as common as Jesus is in modern day South America. This may have its origins in the same way the name Adam, “man”, was selected as a name for the origin story because it was both specific to an individual but also a name that allowed Adam to be an ‘every man’ figure. Much of the early church writings have a very communitarian, and common man feel. Jesus starts as just a man. The use of the very ordinary name might have started as a play off that theme.

Jesus as every man figure doesn’t really need to be real as a historic figure. Which explains the original depictions and lack of historic detail for his early life. The point being that it all starts as a wisdom play about a man teaching common wisdom and resisting Roman rule in hard times. He stays true to his cause but is killed and lives on as an inspiration.

You’re right that Constantine, and others, take over the story and the whole thing goes spinning off into the supernatural. The every man figure becomes a special God-man hybrid. The wisdom aspects, social justice, freedom from guilt and fear, making the world a better place to live in, and especially the part about resisting Roman rule, becomes secondary to a tacked on afterlife where justice is meted out. Instead of pushing for peace and justice here and now everything is pushed into a mythical afterlife.

The one thing that is clear is that the Jesus story is written about a devout Jew. He is clearly depicted as an observant, practicing, Jew. One who goes to synagog, knows the Torah, restricts his diet and behavior to those things allowed to an observant Jew. I really think that the original story was to leave Jesus as a Jewish every man figure. That his actual existence, or non-existence, as a historic figure was largely irrelevant as he was just a figure used to illustrate a point. Nonetheless, if individual perversity forces anyone to insist on his historic existence, this figure, real or imagined, was clearly depicted as a practicing Jew.
