Right now as we speak Chelsea Link and Chris Stedman – staff members at the renowned (=P) Humanist Community at Harvard – are conducting a 12 hour blogathon in order to raise money for the HCH and our national projects! The Humanist Community at Harvard is a sparkling institution in the Humanist movement today: a vibrant, young, living community with dedicated professional staff and a national profile. It has brought Humanist voices like Salman Rushdie, Mary Roach, Stephen Fry, Jodie Picoult, Steven Pinker and Joss Whedon to Harvard to talk about their Humanist values and now, through the Humanist Community Project, we are creating resources to benefit Humanist community groups everywhere grow and thrive.

About James Croft

Dr. James Croft is the Outreach Director of the Ethical Society of St. Louis - one of the largest Humanist congregations in the world. He is a graduate of the Universities of Cambridge and Harvard, and completed his Ed.D at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is an in-demand public speaker, an engaging teacher, and a passionate activist for human rights. James was raised on Shakespeare, Sagan and Star Trek, and is a proud, gay Humanist.
