Naked and bound, man is found in car with a pastor

Naked and bound, man is found in car with a pastor February 14, 2018

But Pennsylvanian pastor George Nelson Gregory, 61, above, insists that what was going on the vehicle last Friday was merely a counseling session that turned a little weird.
According to this report, Gregory, who serves as a preacher at the Waterfront Christian Community Church in West Homestead, says he will swear “on a stack of Bibles” that he had done nothing wrong.
Police discovered the unidentified naked man, bound with nylon rope, in a parked car on a residential street. He was sitting in the front seat while Gregory was in the back.
A witness told police the naked man got out of the car in full view of his daughter’s window.
Gregory told the officers that he and the man were “just playing” in a consensual setting, adding that they:

Meet up from time to time to play with each other.

And despite being inside a car on a well-lit public street, Gregory believed they were in a private setting, cops said.
Gregory insisted in a TV interview that he had:

Nothing to hide. I did nothing wrong.

He added that he and the man were approached by police because the officer thought somebody in the car was unconscious.

I was counseling a young man with a drug problem. It did turn strange, but it wasn’t my doing, OK? And I was adamant that I’m participating in that way. And so that’s when the police pulled up, and they assume things, but I’m standing by my story.

Gregory said he and his wife have been trying to help the man for years.

I won’t deny that he began to take his clothes off and propositioned me, but I will deny, on a stack of Bibles with God as my witness, that I did nothing.

Gregory and the unidentified man will receive a summons for open lewdness and indecent exposure, accusations the pastor disputes, since it wasn’t he who was naked at the time, he said.

There’s no reason for me to be charged with open lewdness.

The Waterfront Christian Community Church’s website has this to say about the preacher and teacher, who began his “journey with Christ” in his early 20s:

If you have ever heard him preach or teach, you will agree that he is definitely using the gifts God gave him. George has a way of presenting messages from God’s word, the Bible, in such a way that you walk away saying, ‘now it makes sense.’ He speaks with clarity and conviction. There is no doubt that George believes and lives what he preaches.

Yep. That all makes perfect sense to me. The poor pastor chappie has a tendency, maybe a compulsion, for deviant sexual activity. Nowt wrong with that when its between consenting adults in private. Whatever flies your kite as long as children are not involved, no one is coerced and no one is hurt. I refer to the pastor as ‘poor’ because he suffers from the more serious deviancy of being christian.

Well said Henri. All Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Jews, Sikh priests are fraud liars obsessed with power, sex and money.

That’s the way I see it. The location wasn’t a good choice. And, I assume while he is “presenting God’s word” he is a hypocrite ready to condemn the behaviour he practises.

I think they need to update their website somewhat:

We have an entirely different impression!

So if Gregory did nothing, then I guess the anonymous naked bloke in his car must have bound himself with the nylon rope. Hmmmmm…..Now, call me an old cynic if you must, but I can’t help feeling something doesn’t quite add up here.

It’s always the same with these stories. In themselves it’s quite amusing to see a religious hypocrite exposed, but what takes them into the realms of farce are the pathetic attempts at denial and justification. This man was in his car and just starts stripping off. Then from nowhere he produces a rope and ties himself up! Then not satisfied with swearing on a bible, which always looks dodgy to the non-religious, it’s a”stack of bibles.” Priceless.

You never know he may have been helping Gregory ‘with his luggage’……

He either got his subordinate clauses muddled or had a sudden attack of honesty.

He was ‘counselling’ a client in a car – as counsellors do – in a well-lit public street – as counsellors do often. And the counsellor lets his client strip naked on the front seat – as counsellors do – and tie himself up with rope – as all good counsellors do. And the counsellor keeps a stack of bibles in the boot of his car – as counsellors do – just in case they are ‘propositioned’ – as they often are. And when the bobbies show up the counsellor denies everything – as counsellors do….
