LORDS OF SALEM: cool look and vibe

I want to see it again before I write a review, but my first response was that I loved the visuals and the vibe of the film very much. But I did think there were some weird holes in the plot and some poorly written dialogue. Still, it’s worth a look. [Read more…]

Disney bows down to BRAVE fans

This astute blog post from a media studies professor shares an update on the Princess Merida brouhaha: Disney has pulled the 2D image of the new version of the doll from their website. The Christian Science Monitor weighed in with a piece that went directly to the source, asking a seven year old fan which version she preferred.
