So, you want to keep Christ in Christmas? Well, here’s what you do – feed the hungry, give water to the thirsty, cloth the naked, house the homeless; take care of the widows, the orphans, the poor, the sick, the imprisoned.

If you are unwilling to do any of those, you have no desire to keep Christ in Christmas. All you are doing is flapping your lips and making noise. All you are doing is making noise, and proclaiming some twisted view of Christianity. Making the saying “Merry Christmas” a political tool, simply means you have removed Christ from Christianity

Here is a little quote from Justin Martyr, an early Christian write, born in Samaria, who was a Gentile convert:

Christians love this way: “We who used to value the acquisition of wealth and possessions more than anything else now bring what we have into a common fund and share it with anyone who needs it. We used to hate and destroy one another and refused to associate with people of another race or country. Now, because of Christ, we live together with such people and pray for our enemies.”

Happy Holidays 🙂
