Hear Me On The Atheist Nomad Podcast (While Pondering Buying A Tauntaun Sleeping Bag)!

Currently packing and covered in Lindt chocolate (which is just the way I like me) – because I’m taking a break and will be blogging later in the week – in the meantime… the Atheist Nomad podcast!

Atheist Nomads Episode 16 – Teaching Critical Thinking with the Token Skeptic’s Kylie Sturgess

Hear – me struggle to articulate the concept of pastoral care by talking around the topic for about five minutes and completely neglect to actually say the words “pastoral care”!

Cringe – at the sound of jokes about Jedis and religion!

Wonder – at how on earth I remembered that Obama’s mother isn’t religious (while again, not actually saying the words “Ann Dunham”)!

Puzzle – at how incredibly patient the hosts Wesley and Dustin are with my dreadful ever-changing accent throughout the entire show and how tolerant they are about all the name-dropping and even my bout of blatant “I’ll just check the stats on that by Googling in the middle of an interview; oh and the word I was struggling to remember is ‘census’…”

There’s even out-takes at the very end, if you want to hear me make even more of a goof of myself. Oh dear.

Many thanks to the Atheist Nomad Podcast, you were fantastic!
