Oh, damn. I was sorry to see it was done by the excellent Onion.
For a moment there, I was hoping it was real.
For some of us, it was real!
Just discovered this guy. He’s hilarious and his entire bible series is worth watching for the LOLz.

Hay Lebowski;
I watched that video, that was funny. I have a serious question……Do you think human men will ever evolve to not be born with foreskin? I know it’s little off topic(ok, maybe a lot off topic).
Why should they? It’s a valuable protective cover like the clitoral hood.
I don’t think that’s how biology works, Lamarck. People with naturally small foreskins and people with the genetic disposition for it would have to breed and have some advantage in doing so until it was vestigial and then disappeared. Having no foreskin would have to be a biologically superior advantage to reproduction. Rhinoplasty patients’ children don’t have smaller noses unless this genetic trait is introduced by their mate’s genetic lineage.
Lamarckism is the once widely accepted idea that an organism can pass on characteristics that it acquired during its lifetime to its offspring. Mendelian genetics supplanted the notion of inheritance of acquired traits, eventually leading to the development of the modern evolutionary synthesis, and the general abandonment of the Lamarckian theory of evolution in biology.
