Mt. Etna blowing smoke…..rings. Perhaps the overcast skies at KD was obscuring all but the actual ring.
But the UFO guy said he has pictures of a ring in the sky from the 1950′s which is irefutable proof that it is UFO since we know that UFO pics are never faked and volcanoes were not invented until the 1960′s.

Ok, wow. I wish the news wouldn’t give bullshit like this any sort of credibility or even attention. Look at 1:45, you can clearly see a blurry outline of smoke.
Unless God just really likes circles. Or maybe smoke rings couldn’t have possibly ever formed before 1960.

of course it’s a sign of the next good thing to happen to her, any member of her family, any person she knows, the President, or anything positive showing up in the news within the next weeks that can be in any way connected to a circular form.
- people forming a circle
- an accident, or avoidance thereof, in a circle traffic
- finding a circular keyring
- getting a positive document with a circular stamp on it
- getting a letter with positive content and a circular postage stamp
- the President saying something positive about anything and having a circular symbol on his lectern
I can stop right there, because already the chance of fulfillment is at 100%.
Hell, it doesn’t even have to be related to anything circular at all.
Amusing how they think that getting home and getting into collective chanting at the ceiling is somehow something you want other people to know about and think a sign of… what? credibility? virtue? thinking? IQ above the level of a cactus?
Apparently the woman is also grossly overestimating her writing ability. Which is exactly the pattern we constantly see in overly gullible and credulous people. The more incompetent they are, the stronger their tendency to believe in stuff at face value and to overestimate their own competence, intelligence and knowledge.
to be fair, I don’t know how she writes, but I do know how she talks…
I believed her doubts about ring explanations, until I saw the Mt Etna smoke rings. I’m suspicious of facile explanations, and willing to believe in UFOs, with some evidence for them and some evidence against frauds and pranks.
Sign from God? She lost ALL possibility of credibility.

I have known a few people like this. Anything unusual is either a sign of god or a sign of evil. I figure it is just a way for them to reinforce their beliefs in their religion. Like Felix said they will then link that event to something that happens in the next few days.

Back in the early 1960s I spent nearly three years at Cape Canaveral working on missile systems. At that time the Minuteman missile, which was launched from a silo, was being tested. Occasionally on a Minuteman launch the blast in the silo created a smoke ring that rose into the sky. On one memorable occasion that I recall the missile flew right through the ring. There’s video of one such launch here.
