Of course their point is that youth pastors should be even lamer — teach the Bible and demand kids try and live by it — but it’s still a decent parody of how silly youth pastors can be.
Is there a problem getting the aspect ratio right? There are so many videos on podcasts and YouTube with weirdly proportioned people that I wonder if it is impossible to maintain the proper aspect ratio. Anyway, if you do not want me to watch your video be certain that the aspect ratio is incorrect.
I think he’s doing some major frontin’ for Jeebus because he’s gay. Which I have no problem with. This is ‘overkill’. But it’s sad when people can’t be who they are because of ‘god’.
I would have considered him cheesy, even as a young believer as I have a strong ‘cheese’ radar. It felt insincere, showy to me. Not my definition of cool, but I always despised church & sunday school & youth group even then. I didn’t really have much respect for the youth pastors, I wasn’t disrespectful to them. But it seemed to me like a pretty lame job.

I’m ok with the guy-liner, but how can he get away with having such a Catholic name?
