Man arrested after allegedly walking naked through streets
Shafiq Mohamed, 26, 197 Cehan Court, was charged with obscenity after police responded to a complaint on the 2210 block of Audubon Avenue around 2 this morning.
There, police found a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. Mohamed was located further up the block wearing no clothes, police said.
When approached by police, Mohamed allegedly told the officers that “America raped” him and God told him to walk the streets naked to save his soul.

The way it hangs always left me with the feeling that America is somewhat impotent.
