This. When I heard Crazy Train and especially Kashmir turn into horribly boring and annoying rap beats I almost died.
Even though I don’t agree with Christian rap’s message, some Xtian rap songs are decent. Kanye West’s Jesus Walks is an amazing song. I wish there was an atheist version.

I never got the idea of collection plates in the RCC when I was a kid, probably as I was just an ignorant kid, but I sure found the televagelicals and their ‘send money now’ shtick as offensive and wrong. Must have been all them rolex’s.
If a church needs money why doesn’t it just ask gOd for it?

I find it ridiculous for those who are scraping by to pay their bills and feed their kids to have to pay their church to do what God wants them to be doing. So much for God’s Good Work. It does have a price tag after all…
