Love Letter From God … To Sarah Palin

You may have already heard of Sue and Michael Brownson, or Brownson Music. They produced a piece of … something, which Christian Nightmares describes as “one of the most bizarrely depressing Casio-driven Christian songs ever written.”

God speaks starting at about 1:55

Anyway, the Brownsons have also produced an “Sarah Palin in 2012″ song, which … yeah. To quote Dangerous Minds, “… it’s as if Kenneth the page from 30 Rock got married and decided to become a Christian Teabagger version of… Kraftwerk. ”

  1. Mark the Pilgrim says:

Sounds like the type of shit you get when you play a song backwards and supposedly hear the Devil speaking. It’s that creepy.

  2. Pen says:

I will never get that time back…

  3. Klaus says:

Truly things I’d wish could be made unheard and unseen!

  4. rufus says:

“God” sounds a lot like the great Barry White.

  5. rufus says:

The second one sounds like that crappy album Neil Young did back in the 80s with vocoders, Trans.

  6. Igor says:

Someone should tell the Brownsons that there’s music other than Casio…oh never mind.

Another day with a terrible “tune” stuck in my head…damn.

  7. Stacy says:

Wow. That first was just awful beyond words. And the second one managed to be even worse. It soudned like something a 6th grader threw together on his home computer/cheap-ass keyboard.

But thanks. I have another candidate for crazy of the week.

  8. David says:

In the fourth grade Sister Grace told me to “protect the ear-gate and the eye-gate”. I should have listened….

  9. LRA says:

Aaack!!!! Jezus Christ! After that first song I felt like shooting myself, then after that second song I felt like shooting the Brownsons. Do all their songs invoke such a response or is it just the holy spirit of gun-luvin’, white Jesus in me?

    >:(

    *do not like*

  10. Shad says:

    I call Poe’s Law.

  11. Talk about “outsider music” – the late great Wesley Willis has nothing on these guys.

  12. Yoav says:

Doesn’t the buybull have some choice words about women in leadership roles. I’m don’t usually one to promote biblical “values” but if there’s a chance to get Sarah Palin out of our lives then I may be willing to make an exception.

  13. vlad says:

In the first video…at 2:21 there’s a photoshoped image called “Goatse In The Sky”. Its a piece of relatively crude humor that’s been floating around the internet for a few years. Can I please take this to mean the first video is a terrible, terrible joke?

  14. Mike says:

“Things this bad have to be shared”

No, Vorjack, they do not. Things THIS bad should be encased in steel-reinforced concrete and tipped overboard directly above the Mariana trench.

I do agree, though, that Palin should run in 2012 – about the only chance Obama has of securing a second term.

      Even Megatron would complain.

  15. Len says:

“Things this bad have to be shared.”

Things this bad should carry a mental health warning.

  16. Thank you very much for promoting our songs :) ! Our numbers are going through the roof! Keep it up! :) Please make sure you direct them to the other videos as well! We are glad that our tunes stick in your heads. You’d really throw up if you heard our song “What’s Happened to America?” :)

    • Sunny Day says:

Yah, just like all those people laughing at the Nun-chuck Kid were actually trying to help him.

New Christard Definition: Laughing at the antics of a clown is “promoting” them.

    • Shad says:

You seriously think increased stats on your videos equates to some sort of approval or praise? This situation is more akin to driving by a really bad car accident. People really hope it’s not so bad, but slow down regardless out of shear morbid curiosity just in case it is. Personally, seeing body parts strewn about the road is a visual more easily forgettable than the horror that is your video(s).

Stupidity really does need to be painful. Palin’s ignorance is only trumped by your own.

      • Mr. Pid says:

“Personally, seeing body parts strewn about the road is a visual more easily forgettable than the horror that is your video(s).”

Thanks, now I have to go change my underwear. And pants. Hopefully I’ll stop laughing sometime this week, but I’ll probably remember this comment a lot longer than I’ll remember those pathetic wastes of youtube’s disk space.

  17. TomandLou says:

That was worse then listening to Palin speak! Unfortunately her followers eat it up. More needs to be done to expose her for exactly what she is a fraud .A Fundamentalist who Prostitutes herself to a cause she obviously has no interest in personally only in the financial reward. She is a puppet . I hate to say it but whoever is orchestrating in the background is doing it successfully.
