In Brazil, it’s quite common to put catchup on pizza… it’s not a general rule… it’s a state “cultural” thing… (I don’t do it)

Yeah, in São Paulo people don’t do it; in Rio de Janeiro they do. I’ve lived in both states and lost the habit. I *have* seen mayo on some pizza places’ tables… I was just hoping it was for sandwiches!
In sao paulo, if you do ask for mayo or ketchup for the pizza, the restaurant guys would probably kill you.

Hmm. Mayo I can’t do, but ranch on cheese pizza is pretty darn good. IMO.

In Domino’s Australia we have a pizza called the Double Bacon Cheeseburger that has a mayonnaise swirl…it’s so good.
