As you might imagine I get a lot of interesting questions about Love Magic, since the publication of my book. People ask about love that can be mad, bad or dangerous to know, to quote a statement about Lord Byron. I get questions about everything from erectile dysfunction to making sexual parts bigger. And I get some very serious questions too. No matter what the situation I recommend people get a reading from a trusted practitioner. This way everyone can fully understand what’s going on in the matter at hand. Sometimes the love you have is not the best one for you, and sometimes you and your partner are meant for each other.  If I’m doing a lovers tarot reading there are certainly cards that can show up that mean the relationship is destined for better things. Some of these tarot love cards are the Lovers, the 2 of Cups, and the 10 of cups.

The Lovers Tarot Card

In the language of the Tarot the Lovers card is a manifestation of unity, balance, cooperation, most of all love. This card is assigned the number 6. One of my favorite writers Alejandro Jodorowsky said the other day that “Love is turning one plus one into one.” If this card appears in your future results you can expect some deep and powerful love coming your way. The imagery that most decks have for this card is of two figures holding hands, or embracing. Focus on bringing this sacred union into your life and you will be blessed.

The 2 of Cups

When examining the lesser arcana of the Tarot, the 2 of Cups card jumps out a most clearly relating to love and partnership. In the Book of Thoth Crowley titles this card love and writes “Love, the Lord of Love. Venus in Cancer. Chokmah. Description: Two cups in the foreground, overflowing upon a calm sea. They are fed with lucent water from a lotus floating upon the sea, from which rises another lotus around whose stem are entwined twin dolphins. This cards refers “to Love, which recovers unity from dividuality by mutual annihilation…The number Two referring to Will, this card might really be renamed the Lord of Love under Will, for that is its full and true meaning. It shows the harmony of the male and the female: interpreted in the largest sense. It is perfect and placid harmony, radiating an intensity of joy and ecstasy.” Many readers see this card as representing marriage or other type of serious union. It can symbolize commitment on every level.

The 10 of Cups

Representing passion, love, and joy the 10 of Cups certainly belongs on this list of love Tarot cards. This is a complete and contented love that involves the home and family. This is a card of light, of rainbows, of living and loving fully while manifesting all your dreams.

Ways to Use the Cards

If these cards come up in a reading there’s a good chance love will manifest for you, but what if they don’t show up in your future. You can use the lovers tarot card and others to help bring the right love for you into your life. You can meditate with these cards, place one under your pillow to inspire your dreams and to guide you to the perfect love. When you wake be sure to write down or record any images or messages received during the night. Another good idea is to use these cars as part of an altar, shrine, or vision board focused on love. You can use the actual card or a reproduction to represent those qualities in your magickal space. You can then add other items like love crystals, incense and candles to bring love into your life.

Wishing you the best of love ! And if you have enjoyed this post please spread the love and share !
