Deborah Ann Light: A Life Well Lived

Everyone always wanted to give Deborah their love. She called forth the love in everyone she met. We could never have asked for a better ambassador to the religions of the world. I could never have asked for a more loving and caring friend. [Read more...]

Hatred is the Poison of the Soul

“Let there be peace on Earth, and let it begin with me.” By Jill Jackson Miller and Sy Miller, 1955 This month I find myself trapped between the events of 9/11 and a Samhain that seems more and more filled with the angry voices of both the living and the dead. Perhaps that is why [Read More...]

Epou theo: A Hellenic argument for interfaith work

Parthenon

It seems to me that when you’re writing a set of commandments, the first thing you put down is going to be the most important thing that you want people to remember. The Delphic Maxims begin with “Epou theo,” which is usually translated as “Follow God.” [Read more...]

And we are planting seeds of compassion and understanding to be shared by all of us around the globe. [Read more...]

Interfaith in the Pagan Community

Who Are We Kidding?

All right, I admit it.  I am off on a bit of a rant this week.  At the moment I am feeling more than a bit frustrated.  Many of us are active in community interfaith work because we sincerely believe that it is important that we open honest discussions with people of other spiritual practices [Read More...]
