What I Want For Solstice
Nancy Pasternack of the Santa Cruz Sentinel investigates some local stores to see what Solstice gifts are on the lists of modern Pagans and occultists.

For the record, I do not want wands, chalices, herbs, candles, or spell books. I’d much rather a gift certificate to a bookstore, or maybe a nice sweater. I can only imagine the contortions I would have to go through to look pleased at receiving something like this.
