The Decemberists had a statue of Athena on the stage, as a practicing Witch I knew what it was right away-Colin Meloy, the lead vocalist made reference to 'kissing Athena before each show'-I was like Right On! Bright Eyes new album "The People's Key" 2011 has a song on it called 'Triple Spiral' of course about the maiden-mother-crone and says this in the song of course, and also makes reference to the threefold law as well being in control when you practice magick/work with the Goddess- I think this is awesome being that these are two of my favorite bands and they share my beliefs as well )O(!
