		<description>So what is the distinguished difference. I agree with the guy that posted saying that its more like catholicism and episcopalianism. From what I can tell its the exact same rituals i.e. drumming circles, animal sacrifice, loa/orisha worship. The only difference I can see really is that the old mexican ladies who pratice santeria are more likely to say its catholicism, when theyre praying to an orisha.</description>

Too bad Carlos Perez doesn&#039;t feel that way.Santeria and Voudoun are less like Catholicism and Judaism and more like Catholicism and Episcopalism.  I am willing to grant that Carlos Perez knows his Santeria but since he doesn&#039;t think Voudoun is a religion he clearly doesn&#039;t know much about Voudoun.</description>
