Virgo with a red pencil here: "she’ll give you a peak into her world" - someone at the newspaper needs to learn the difference between "peek" and "peak". (and yes, I know that you were quoting them!)

sheesh!

Otherwise, love LOVE your blog, Jason. Post-Christian religious browser here, very nice to see the pagan point of view stated so well.

I'm currently communicating with them about reporting on this. Once I get the go-ahead, expect to hear more.

Not a comment on the post itself, but I thought you might be interested in knowing that apparently Tawy House of the Kemetic Orthodox faith is possibly getting shut down? There is pressure from the state gov't that it isn't a "real religion", despite the fact that they are registered as such and in fact have several clergy living in their temple. I am disappointed however that they (the KO) haven't made public mention at all about it. I only found out via someone on my livejournal list and I frequent their public forums!

I've been wondering what happened to Mona after WotA closed. I heard she was opening up a new shop, but every time I looked for it, I couldn't find it. Thanks for letting us know!

I'm so glad to hear that Mona has opened a new shop. She's been a true inspiration to the pagan community up there in Michigan. Way to go, Mona and I hope you make it in your new digs.
