So most people ask me after my talks wide ranging questions, on all different topics. Everyone is looking for an answer. Here is a wonderful technique to help you out in case you find that you can’t relax, or you are worried, or you are in any situation that you have allowed to bring you in a state of unease. When we find ourself in any stressful situation, we have given up power within ourselves. So here is how you can get back.
1. Take a breath in and exhale.
2. Take a breath in and on the exhale, say “Ha Ha Ha Ha”, repeat this process for three rounds.
3. Take breath in and on the exhale, say “He He He He, repeat this process for three rounds.
4. Take a breath in and on the exhale, say “Ha He Ha He Ha He,” Repeat three rounds.
